Interactive Models of Semiconductor Devices One of the large gaps in the semiconductor heterostructure device R&D infrastructure is the lack of responsive modeling tool to do simple calculations on a wide variety of devices. Our attempt to fill this gap is a program called BandProf. It addresses the continuing need to visualize the energy BAND PROFile of these devices.
