New, Improved My UT Benefits Website
The Office of Human Resources is excited to announce the launch of the new and improved "My UT Benefits" portal.
On March 26, benefits-eligible employees received an email announcing the new "My UT Benefits" with login instructions and further details on the changes.
Some features of the new My UT Benefits:
- New look and feel.
- Clear and concise information about your benefits.
- Various resources that explain your coverage.
- Ability to change coverage online for qualified life events (i.e. birth, marriage, divorce) within 31 days of the event date.
- Mobile access to review your benefits and explore new plans.
- Select your benefits online during Annual Enrollment in July.
Additional items you may need to know:
- Your paycheck stub beginning April 1, 2019 will have better benefit plan descriptions and adjustment descriptions on your benefit deductions, if applicable. Please review your paycheck and let us know of any discrepancy.
- Some employees may see Imputed Income due to Spouse Life coverage as required by the IRS.
- The beneficiary(ies) you have designated on the old My UT Benefits are not shown in the new My UT Benefits but will remain in effect until you make changes to the new system.
- To ensure successful login to My UT Benefits, clear the cache of your browser by deleting browsing history and temporary internet files.
- Other features and enhancements are currently in development (i.e. Online EOI, Mobile App).
