Tuition and Costs

Estimating Your Tuition

Your tuition is based on several factors including the number of hours you are taking and costs specific to the program you are pursuing. Cost-of-living expenses vary from student to student based on factors such as personal spending patterns and living arrangement choices.

The Office of Financial Aid offers an Estimated Cost of Attendance Calculator based on the number of enrolled hours, date of enrollment and specific program costs.

Current and admitted students may obtain a tuition estimate for upcoming terms.

Tuition Plans

All new incoming students will have the opportunity to choose from two rate plans: the guaranteed tuition plan and the variable tuition plan.

The guaranteed tuition plan locks in your rate for four years (12 consecutive semesters). The rates under this plan are higher than the variable plan initially because they are based on the projected average of tuition rates over the next four years. Rates in the variable tuition plan are lower than the guaranteed plan initially but are subject to annual rate changes.

New incoming students will be defaulted into the variable tuition rate plan but will have the option to enroll in the guaranteed tuition rate plan.

For a comparison of estimated tuition under each of the plans, please visit our Tuition Plan Comparison website.
