Welcome to the research website of the Integrated Power Electroncis System Laboratory (IPESL) at the University of Texas at Dallas. The research of our lab focuses on integrated power electronics, with primary interests on silicon, GaN and SiC based power IC solutions for automobile electronics, datascenters, industrial applications and battery powered portable electronics and IoTs. Current lab research projects are sponsored by National Science Foundation, Semiconductor Research Corporation, DARPA, Texas Instruments, Linear Technology, Analog Devices, NXP, etc.
