My research interests include semiconductor material properties, physics of semiconductor devices, device fabrication, and measurement and characterization of materials and devices.
Recent research activities include the following:
(a) Carbon nanotubes growing by CVD and spinning of CNT.
(b) Lithium ion battery, lithium air battery, and supercapacitor using CNT sheet, MnO2, MoS2, and SnS2.
(c) Transparent touch screen, transparent heater, pH, hydrogen, and strain sensors using CNT sheet.
