Ph.D. Student: Benjamin (Ben) W. Walker

Ben W. Walker is a first-year Electrical Engineering Ph.D. student at the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering & Computer Science at The University of Texas at Dallas. He received the B.S. degree in Computer Engineering and Physics from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2023. His current research focus is on the design of reconfigurable skyrmion logic circuits.

He has been awarded the Goldwater Scholarship, the National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship, the UTD Undergraduate Research Scholar Award (twice), and the TxACE Undergraduate Internship. He has also been a National Science Foundation (NSF) Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Fellow.
