candidate PhD students who meet the following conditions:
(a) Must have
completed MS degree (with thesis) with GPA 3.5/4.0 or higher (85% or higher if percentage used) -
MS transcript together with the world university ranking to be provided
(b) Thesis topic in machine learning, signal processing, or image processing -
Prior publication expereince; copies of thesis, journal and/or conference publications (written in English) to be provided
(c) Adequate TOEFL/IELTS scores as indicated by the ECE Department
