L. J. Overzet's personal RA/TA Application form

This form allows Dr. Overzet to evaluate the many students who apply for graduate research and teaching assistantships with him. This form is emailed to Dr. Overzet and to no-one else. This means two things:

1. In order to obtain an assistantship YOU MUST apply to the UNIVERSITY and be accepted for admission. This simple form does NOT take the place of the normal admissions paperwork and process. YOU WILL HAVE TO APPLY TO THE UNIVERSITY on another website using a totally different form!
2. If you want to obtain an assistantship with another professor, you will have to contact that person seperately. There is a mechanism by which you can place your name into contention for any TA position that becomes available. This form will NOT help you to do that!
