The 3rd day of June 1556. In the house of Guido Collonello. Present as witnesses Agostino di Francesco Onofrio and Giovanantonio di Francesco Giulio of Durante.

Donna Cornelia, daughter of Guido Collonello and onetime wife [widow] of Francesco Amatori, has asked of the lord Girolamo di Rafaele of Gubbio, judge (podest) of Casteldurante, that the guardianship of Michelangelo and Francesco, posthumous, her sons and the sons and heirs of the said Francesco, be adjudged to herself, since Pierfilippo Vandini and Roso dei Rosi have refused to accept the guardianship by virtue of the will of the said Francesco, just as she says.

Wherefore the lord judge granted the said guardianship in form [?], etc.. Guido Collonello makes personal guarantee, etc. Swearing, etc.
